Grief

I sought to capture the complex tapestry of grief. Through my lens, I photographed a woman I lovingly call Grandma, though she isn't related to me by blood. Despite having lost both her husband and daughter, her presence has always been a blend of profound sorrow and remarkable resilience. Her mourning is deeply felt, yet she remains a bright and uplifting figure, embodying a unique blend of enduring pain and enduring joy.
